The Centris Hotel Phatthalung

The place had a sense of being professionally run. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than most and felt spacious. Beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. And the best part, it was inexpensive.

All was good

Worth for the value for this price.

Limited shed parking space.

The location is right in the city center, with most shops within walking distance and close to Phatthalung train station. The staff are very friendly; they even held an umbrella for me and escorted me to my car when it was raining.

The door’s soundproofing may need some improvement.

The Room was big, clean and the bed was comfy.

We didn't like the breakfast , very bad quality ingredients if you take the European breakfast, the coffee was horrible. The hotel is noisy because of the open hallway. . Nobody speaks English.

All staff are welcome and friendly. They keep an eye on customers and assist. There is perfect location for enjoying the street food and little town of Phattalung

Not really but would be good if the pillow is softer

Good location in town and near the food street train station & municipality market.Good service mind team.Hotel have parking . Everything is ok.

Please check push botton for electric leaks on electric shower it doesn't working for testing.

Great location. 10 min walk to the train station nite food street ,shopping centre like Coliseum Mall and 7-eleven stores & eateries.

Don’t like they charge me 600 bahts for losing 2 room key card . It is my fault for losing the 2 key cards . Could just charge me for 1 . Doesn’t cost much to make the key card. No goodwill given at all. I stayed for 3 nites.

Location n friendly staff

Aircon very very noisy so can't sleep

We liked everything and staff is so nice.

Would have stayed longer if they have had an pool. Our room was close to the lift, so could hear it when people was using it.

The room is big and clean. Staff is friendly. Location near to night market.

There are no much choice in the city so this is the best possible - especially within the price range.

bed is not comfortable and the bath is in bad shape

Close town center night & day market at your door step 3 min walk

Comfortable bed and the central location

Parking can be a challenge

Value for money, good staff - very welcoming, good service. The hotel is in the very center of the town near train station. Free bicycles are available at the hotel. Another good point is that hotel is very clean

Very Chic , modern and atmospheric hotel located in the center of phattalung town with views of Talu mountain range . It's a short distance from all of the tourist attractions and excursions if you have a car or transport. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have a balcony with a nice bright shower room to freshen up in . You get looked after by the staff from the moment you arrive in the car park entrance to the moment you leave . There are many great restaurants and shops nearby including the coliseum shopping centre , the night market and walking street so I could not fault the hotel and will definitely come back when visiting phattalung in the future .

No need for negative comments. There is always room for improvement. Maybe a rooftop swimming pool and gym would be the next step to make the hotel even better but it is excellence in hotelier standards.

Passable

Am already pay in full thru my credit card, but the hotel still collect the room charge in cash, dats not fair

Everything was so spectacular, the room, the service! The staffs were so friendly, they even helped us in renting a motorcyle for a short ride, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Phatthalung ✨

Staff sangat friendly, welcoming…tempat superb bersih..macam hotel 5star..

The design is unique and quite comfortable.

The only downside is that the room wasn’t so clean, floor is quite oily and few hairs down there.except for that everything is perfect fine

Very clean , nice hotel n big room
